Blueprint – The Health Fenix Blueprint

The Quick & Dirty Core Rules Edition

There are several “foundations” or “rules” in the blueprint…

These are the most basic rules any human who wants to become healthier, stronger and faster should follow – no matter how old or active you are…

Rule 1: Eat As Little Processed Carbs As Possible

What do I mean by that?

Eat as little starchy or sugary foods as possible…

We’re talking “junk” carbs or food…

We mean sugar – anything that tastes sweet…

If its been through a grinder or uses a flour it’s probably no good for you…

The less you eat the better…

Avoid as much as possible foods like…

  • white, brown and even red rice

  • white or whole bread or wheat

  • white potatoes

  • heavily processed foods like Twizzlers, Doritos and chips

  • foods with pure sugar

  • refined flour products

  • sugar, honey and similar sugar products (see… Appendix. Sugars to Avoid)

  • Artificial sweeteners

  • white anything

  • processed cold cereals

  • white potatoes

  • processed grains

Rule 2: Eat As Much Whole, High Fibre and/or Super Starch Foods as Possible

What foods are these?

  • Beans

  • Vegetables

  • Nuts

  • Seeds

Rule 3: Eat More Fat Not Less Fat

And make sure that fat is not processed oils…

The worst kind of fats are high heat cooking oils…

So if you have to choose from best to worst, use this list where best is at the top and the worst is at the bottom:

  1. Nuts and seeds, avocados

  2. Whole coconut flakes or meat

  3. Coconut oil / fresh olive oil

  4. Fresh nut oil

  5. High heat, machine processed cooking oils (soy, canola, corn)

  6. Deep fryer oils (from deep fried foods)

Fats from whole foods always beat fats that have been ripped out of foods…

Rule 4: Skip Most (Not All) Of Your Dairy

Certain hormones in dairy products can worsen your blood sugar, your life span and your health…

Plus large amounts of milk contains plenty of sugar…

If you do eat dairy stick with the highest fat kinds of dairy that you can find…

Your best bet is cheese and butter…

Rule 5: If You Gulp Sweetened Drinks You’re Asking For Trouble…

Any kind of sweetened drink must be avoided…

When you drink sugar and energy you’re asking your body to turn it into blood sugar and heart clogging fat…

Artificial sweeteners bring their own trouble as well…

Rule 6: Try to Exercise Whenever You Can

This isn’t the deal breaker when it comes to healing any problems you already have however exercise helps your brain and your motivation…

You don’t have to lift weights unless you want to…

Rule 7: Every Person is Slightly Different

These rules will help 80-90% of people from the start however every person is slightly different…

Certain foods may make you sick or spike your blood sugar or something else while if someone else eats it nothing happens….

So you must experiment and realize that you will have to test things out…

Rule 8: The Rules Are Actually Guidelines

The rules aren’t set in stone…

You follow them as guidelines…

Because not everything may apply to you…

Most of it however likely will…
