The Real Truth About “Low Fat” Diets, Part 1

The things that come out of mainstream medicine’s mouth could confuse the hell out of most people…

A physics guy-turned-doctor named Kevin Hall, just released a study recently that says that a low fat diet helps you lose more weight than a low carb diet

Yet a review of dozens of other studies have shown that low carb diets don’t work… and…

That high fat diets work better…

So who do you believe?

The Deadly “Devil” Fat That Lurks In Every Kitchen…

Listen: here’s the thing that I also talked about in my book How to Beat Diabetes Fast

A lot of these research studies often don’t factor in damaged omega-6 fats when they draw their conclusions…

And that can skew the results because damaged omega-6 is found in “gone bad” oils and highly processed, cooking oils used in everyday foods… like soybean oil, canola or corn oil…

Eat too much of that “devil” fat for long enough and you’re sparking a deadly firestorm of body-wrecking inflammation…

That same inflammation also triggers diabetes and increases your weight gain!

That alone would make a “low fat” diet better than a low carb diet because they’re cutting down on the damaged omega-6!

And the low carb diet works because too much carbs in your blood leads to increased blood fats and organ fat which also increases inflammation…

So what a study like Kevin’s tells me is that avoiding “bad, damaged” fat is just as important if not MORE important than eating less carbs…

And there’s even an exception for carbs too: there’s two kinds of carbs that eating more of is actually great for weight loss!

This study used hospital food too and you can guess that most hospitals aren’t exactly looking out for your best health interests either when they need to keep costs down…

In fact, you need fat to make use of super important vitamins like A, E and K that you get from foods and salads…

In short, the study didn’t look at how likely anyone would stick to either diet…

And, of course…

The Study Was Small and Short…

Sure it was statistically significant… however it only looked at 19 people…

And the entire study took place in a hospital for two dieting periods, which was only a few weeks…

Using hospital food that no one in their right mind would think is very good… and often isn’t really healthy unless you believe in the Standard American Diet…

When I was a vegetarian, eating low fat, high white starchy carb diets, I can tell you that it didn’t work… I had first hand experience…

I was hungry all the time…

My stomach was like a bottomless pit…

It wasn’t until I discovered paleo eating principles that I started to understand why fat was so important…

Damn it folks, you need it…

Stop listening to the mainstream’s “fat” fear mongering…

They’ve got it all wrong and you’re paying for it!

It’s time we start thinking for ourselves!
